1. Scope

These Terms of Service apply to all orders placed through the online store of Jomi Boost GmbH, In der Euelwies 14, 8408 Winterthur, Switzerland.
By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in their current version.

2. Contract Formation

By clicking the “Buy” button, you make a binding offer to purchase the selected goods.
The contract is concluded when we confirm your order via email.

We reserve the right to refuse orders without stating a reason.

3. Prices & Payment

All prices are stated in Swiss Francs (CHF) unless otherwise noted.
Accepted payment methods include:

  • Visa, Mastercard, Amex

  • Apple Pay, Google Pay

  • UnionPay, Bancontact

  • TWINT, PayPal

  • Shopify Payments

Any transaction fees or currency conversion charges depend on the payment provider.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed and shipped via standard shipping as quickly as possible after payment.
Since shipments are handled personally, processing times may vary depending on order volume.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.
Additional costs for undeliverable shipments due to incorrect addresses are borne by the customer.

5. Retention of Title

All goods remain the property of Jomi Boost GmbH until full payment has been received.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Our detailed Return & Refund Policy applies and is part of these Terms.

Key points:

  • Defective or incorrectly delivered items are replaced free of charge.

  • Returns for other reasons are accepted within 14 days.

  • Items do not need to be unopened, but must be in good, resalable condition.

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

7. Warranty

We are liable for product defects according to Swiss law.
Obvious defects must be reported within 7 days of receipt.

No warranty is provided for damages caused by improper use, wear, or unauthorized modifications.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent legally permissible, we exclude liability for damages not caused by intentional or grossly negligent behavior.
We do not assume liability for delays caused by shipping providers or external factors beyond our control.

9. Data Protection

Our Privacy Policy applies and describes how we handle personal data.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.
The version published on the website at the time of your order is binding.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Swiss law applies.
The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes is Winterthur, Switzerland.
