Refund policy

1. Overview

We want our customers to be satisfied with their purchases. This policy outlines the conditions for returns, exchanges, and refunds.


2. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at:

  • Photos of the defective or incorrect item

2.1 Exchange

Defective or incorrectly delivered items will be replaced or exchanged free of charge.


3. Returns for Other Reasons

If you wish to return an item that is not defective or incorrect:

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt

  • Items do not need to be unopened, but must be in good condition suitable for resale

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer


4. Refunds

Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Refunds are issued using the original payment method, including:

  • Visa, Mastercard, Amex

  • PayPal

  • Apple Pay, Google Pay

  • TWINT

  • Other supported payment methods

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.


5. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for a refund, unless defective or incorrect:

  • Heavily used or damaged products

  • Items that are incomplete

  • Sale or promotional items


6. Shipping Costs

  • For returns due to personal preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs

  • For defective or incorrect items, Jomi Boost GmbH covers the cost of replacement shipping
